Update: As of the 1st of August 2020, all the activities of the Information Technology Foundation for Education were transferred to a new state authority called the Education and Youth Board (Haridus- ja Noorteamet). The new board is directly subordinate to the Ministry of Education and Research.

________________________________The activities of the Information Technology Foundation for Education (HITSA) support the use of information technology means and possibilities in the study process, as they develop the competencies of teachers and lecturers in using technology and support the creation, use and distribution of digital learning materials.
In order to facilitate the activities related to the management and administration of study process, we administrate and develop different information systems, learning environments and learning resources.
